Prior to your hunt contact Nature’s Best Wildlife Artistry for your shipping packet. Inside you will find personalized shipping tags, my broker’s info and shipping instructions for your outfitter or PH.

For trophies coming from  outside the U.S.
Your trophies will be imported through Keystone Fur Dressing Importers, who will contact you directly once they receive them. You will pay them directly for THEIR services after which they will expedite your trophies to us. Keystone will also assist you with your CITIES and other import/export papers.

For Alaska Hunters  
I personally recommend Alpha Furs. They are a tannery located in Anchorage, just 2 miles from the airport. You can make arrangements with them to drop off your trophies, have them tanned , then expedited to me once you have paid them for THEIR services. (See their contact info under our links.)

Once your trophies are received by us
We will do an immediate inventory of your shipment, documenting all for safe keeping. You will be contacted  promptly to discuss poses and base work for your mounts. A contract will be then sent to you with all the details, as well as a hold harmless agreement. These need to be signed and returned with your deposit.

Deposit
Nature’s Best Wildlife Artistry requires a 50% deposit on all work, No work will begin until a full 50% deposit is received.

Nearing completion
When your trophies are near their completion you will be contacted to discuss shipping / delivery options. You will also be mailed an invoice for the remaining 50% balance.

Shipping
Upon receiving the remaining balance, your mount will be shipped/delivered promptly.
